Conservative care: Spondylolisthesis refers to slipped vertebrae, which can typically be treated with PT, meds, and injections, and only if necessary - surgery. Bursitis is not a typical diagnosis for the lumbar spine, but usually can be treated with anti-inflammatory meds and, if necessary, steroid injections.
