Treat the problem: Looks like you have pain due to pinched nerves in the back. Options we have are drugs to control the pain, physical therapy to the back, pain specialist evaluation for possible back injections. Surgery as a lost resort. Have your doctor check you first. Remember that there is high chance of dependency with drugs.

Spondylolisthesis: Means slippage of the spine, and often occurs at l4-5. That level can give you 'referred pain' to your hips; we call it 'referred pain' as there is no real nerve connection, but an unstable l4-5 seems to give many patients 'peri-pelvic tenderness'. Have yourself evaluated by an ortho-spine doc with upright xrays and a good exam, and go from there.
