No: If your period started at age 10 to 11 and you were previously taller than your peers you may have had precocious puberty and subsequent early closure of the growth plates due to accelerated maturation of your bone age. Your growth chart would show you being taller than average with rapid growth around 8 to 10 years of age and then leveling off. NOT at all from your diet at age 12 to 13.

Unlikely.: Most girls reach adult height within 2 years of starting their periods.If you followed a vegetarian diet, which includes dairy products and eggs, you didn't stunt your growth. A strictly vegan diet needs to be planned more carefully since it omits ALL animal-based nutrients. As long as you consumed adequate calories, you didn't stunt your growth in either case.

No: You did not stunt your growth just because you were not vegetarian. Being vegetarian is definitely healthier overall but unless you ate nothing but junk food or fast food, you likely received sufficient nutrition. The only difference is you may also have received excess sugars, saturated fats, and high glycemic index carbs. Menarche (1st period) at that age is normal.
