Must've been some WO: WO= Workout I guess WO could also mean, "Whoaaaaa---" LOL. So you went to the gym, came back and then, couldn't move or feel the legs. So was there numbness, tingling, PAIN, cramping, tightness, slowness? What happened in the gym. How long before you were able to move the legs. Oh, tell me about the shower you took..serious questions--was it hot..as usual..did you feel more tired than usual?
