Get it checked: Given your description i recommend you see your primary care physician. From your question, an ultrasound of the abdominal aorta should be considered.

AAA: Depending on your body habitas this may be normal but would get an exam to assess the aorta it can be detected with a simple ultrasound.

Heartbeat in stomach: This could mean you have an aneurysm or just that your admirably fit allowing you to feel the pulse in your normal aorta. A simple ultrasound could sort out which it is. Ask your doctor to help sort it out for you.
