The World Health Organization (WHO) advises against RhD immune globulin (Rhogam) administration for pregnancy loss and abortion (induced or surgical) below 12 weeks' gestation. So no, you do not need Rhogam and if you are not bleeding, do not have any pelvic pain, or fever, and resume a normal menstrual cycle usually within a month, you do not need specific follow-up.
