No: your hospital needle stick protocol will dictate what needs to be done as far as expsure to HIV, hepatitis, etc. Rhogam is only for Rh neg mothers and have to do with you and your baby, not a needle stick.

Two different issues: First, you need to discuss the needle stick with your employer or department of health - it is a matter of health for you and your baby. You may need labs drawn or even prophylaxis depending upon the circumstances. Second, you did not become Rh positive from the needle stick. You will need to discuss this with your OB at your next visit. You can call if you need an answer sooner.
