Depends: But if truly a P wave, it depends on how pointy, as in height. P waves with an amplitude greater than 2.5 small boxes in lead 2 or 1.5 boxes in lead V1 suggest right atrial enlargement. If you've had an echocardiogram(sound study of the heart) like is mentioned in your "Procedures" then this would be more visible on this study. It may not mean anything.

Depends on the lead: This totally depends on the lead of the ECG you are looking at, and which part of the P wave is "pointed". If the first component of the P wave in lead II is greater than 2.5 mm in height, we think of right atrial enlargement. It could also just be nothing, or could signify a mild abnormality in where the atrial activation is coming from.
