Why do you: think it's caused by hormones? And which of the millions of hormones in your body is causing it. There are many more likely answers, such as anxiety, depression, etc. Try some exercise, relaxation, otc benadryl (diphenhydramine) or even a glass of wine or milk at bedtime. Discuss w/your doctor.
