No worries....: The "popping" sensation you feel in your chest may be from arthritis of the sternoclavicular joint (near the breast bone). Like any joint, there is movement and any trauma or wear-and-tear causes pitting or non-smooth surface area where things rub--causing the clicking or popping sensation in an arthritic joint--even in younger people.
