Likely rib issue: Posssible you have a rib that is out of place or the cartilage between your sternum (breast bone) and ribs is irritated. To make sure it is nothing else, easy enough to get a chest X-ray. If no shortness of breath or cough o rather symptoms, likely nothing else going on.
