Consistency: The important thing is to be consistent. Doing just 15 min of consistent exercise every day can change your whole day. Do what you enjoy so that you will stick with it. Gradually increase the intensity of your routine and add in high intensity intervals when you can do it safely. Mix your work-outs with both the resistance and aerobic intervals. Use YouTube to get good ideas on routine variety.

Internet : can offer some great options. Most core exercises use body weight nothing extra. A good pull up bar is useful. Pull ups push ups abdominal workout all good exercises. Brisk walks as well as a good run all good. You don't need a gym for a good effective workout.
