Abdominal pain: Without knowing what your doctor based their opinion on it is difficult to comment, but abdominal pain can be due to numerous causes, and in order to diagnose correctly requires a full history, physical exam, labs and perhaps some imaging studies. If this persists go back and see your doctor and if dissatisfied get a second opinion. A gynecologist or general surgeon will often be best.
