If my chlamydia was treated and cleared up 2 years ago, is it likely that i could still have underlying asymptomatic pid?

Unlikely: Chronic untreated chlaymdia infection does lead to pid and infertility, but if you were treated without any recurrence, chances are low. Recommend however that you seek gyn or primary care if you are concerned.
