Well, normal is not: the right word, but after panic attacks, the body reacts. During panic, your body pumps adrenaline into your blood stream, creating a fight or flight response. Symptoms are rapid heart rate, sweaty palms, rapid breathing and about 28 other symptoms. Now your body has to metabolize this bunch of stress hormones. Your muscles are ready for action and very tight, yet you didn't do much.
