See your PCP: Contact a substance abuse or mental health provider. If you cannot find one contact your primary care physician. Or, look on the internet for a provider or treatment center in your area.

Combined tx: Saying you'll quit is the first in a long series of steps. There are 12 step programs, medical interventions, and individual psychotherapy that will help. Keep trying, but add some interventions to what you've tried so far. It may take a complete lifestyle change, like getting rid of paraphernalia and changing your friendships if they are still using.
