Do you really want 2: Grieving's a process which requires working through sadness & at times unbearable situations. Confronting these thoughts, fears, feelings, & emotions by letting them become part of your consciousness is the best way to manage your life & move forward. If you stop the thoughts, you stop the process, you can't grieve & there's no progress.Betcha your aunt'd like for you to keep her in your thoughts

You may feel: worse because you need to grieve. Grieving is normal and healthy. If you are stuck in this process - consider talking with your pastor, a grief counselor or someone who is close. Take care.

Recognize yourself: I don't know about the relationship quality or circumstances, but in general I think it's thoughtful of you to visit her grave. I think most people would consider it kind and loving of you. Perhaps you could feel good about the kind of person you are. CBT therapy offers ways to learn how to interrupt painful thoughts and many other emotion mgmt skills. It might help you. My condolences to you.
