Response: Although I feel that cigarette smoking is a profound health hazard in numerous ways and would highly recommend stopping, I do not believe that your memory loss is caused by tobacco, and suggest you deal directly with your anxiety and depression in other ways such as counseling. Also, pay attention to your sleep hygiene.
