You have Rx: Even if your urine comes up positive for amphetamines, you have a prescription as reason to be on them, so will be able to show bottle or Rx (get it renewed / refilled ASAP) when follow up is done.

Maybe: depends on how specifically they test. Also you should not take anyone elses medication especially a controlled substance. Your friend has committed a felony ( prescribing a controlled substance without a medical licence) by giving you their vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine).
