Different molecules: Hi. Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) and Adderall are different (but related) molecules. It is possible to distinguish them, but I don't know if urine screening tests do. Tests like HPLC or GC-MS could distinguish the various compounds.

Same class: Most urine drug screen panels will probably detect both of these as amphetamines.

Amphetamine: They both will likely show up amphetamine. Adderalll is a combination of 4 different salts of amphetamine, while Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is just dexedrine sultate.
