Declare it: If you truly took it accidentally, there are 2 possibilities. If prescribed, you should be fine taking it, nothing to hide, it should appear in your active meds. If this was prescribed to something else in the house and you took it by mistake you still should be fine as long as you declare it. Otherwise how do you explain taking "accidentally" medicine that was not supposed to be around you?
