Please put in perspective: concerned about tattoo ink draining in lymph nodes (laser removal). do the nodes trap worse things? (ie environment)

Tattoo: Laser will not affect the ink already in your system or collected by the lymph nodes, but what is the concern? Lymph nodes are filters for infections and foreign substances. I'm not sure what your concern is? The LASER tatoo removal only makes the tattoo less visible. The more important concern is the potential for Hepatitis or HIV through the potential needle contamination. Thats the perspective.
