Yes: There is no solid data to believe that the ink causes cancers. THe q switched laser shatters the ink and your immune system carried it to the lymphatic's. Many times the entire tattoo can be removed esp black ink. but not always at times there is residual ink left behind. Colors like yellow, white some blues and greens also are more likely to have residual ink.
