Rare complication: One of the complications of laser removal is formation of lymph node reaction to pigments-granulomaas,often close to tattoo sites. If these are away from sites, please check with your dermatologist or pMD because biopsy may be required. Mercuric sulphides and other metals in the red and yellow pigments are also toxic to tissue and organs so have a check up. Not to worry, lymph nodes often benign.
