I disagree: I am unaware of any BP med that would cause colonic ulceration. You CAN see that with non-steroidals like ASA, motrin etc. Were the ulcers biopsied? That can be a sign of Crohns disease. Where were the ulcers? if very low in the rectum can be from chronic constipation. How old are you?
