Yes: Increased blood cell count is inaccurate description...the blood count may be white, red counts or platelet count. Which one of the three do you have the increase in the count??

Not necessarily: There is no direct relationship between emotional stress, without physical ailment and increase in white cell blood count, which is what I believe you meant. Other blood counts like hemoglobin or platelets are more specific. Pl discuss your concerns re stress with your PMD in January and stop worrying too much.
