is it possible to have lupus flare and always have normal c3,c4, normal crp and sed rate no greater than 26?

Lupus is difficult.: SLE may flare and produce elections of ESR / CRP and may reduce C3 and C4. This is generally true, but every patient is different. It is possible to flare and have labs look relatively "normal." Anti DS DNA and CBC are often helpful.
