Reactivation: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, drop in C4 and rise in ESR suggest reactivation of disease and you should consult your doctor.

Disease activity: is causing increased consumption of your complement proteins, C3/C4 with the elevated ESR. See your rheumatologist /primary doctor for follow up and adhere to treatment plan, you will be fine, clinical response is more important than lab results in many instances, good luck
