? taller?: At a listed age of 21 you can have your bone maturity studied and see if this is even possible. An x-ray of your wrist/hand can be analyzed for growth centers. If yours are closed, as they are for most women by 17, you are finished growing taller. No meds/diet/exercise etc. can help you grow if your growth centers have closed.

Sorry but impossible: There are steps you might have taken when younger to increase your height, but, as Dr. Ferguson says, once the growth plates of your bones have closed there is nothing that will help you grow any taller and this happens within 3 years of starting your menstrual periods so no 21 yo woman can grown taller. I have studied Ayurveda and use it in my practice but even Ayurveda can't change this reality.

Genetics: For a healthy person, his ultimate height is determined by genetics inherited from the parents. There are occasions such a growth hormone deficiency or other hormonal issues which would restore the height close to normal. There is no exercise or nutrition changes (unless you are deficient) to increase your height.
