Thin gingiva: There is no way to increase the thickness of bone in a healthy mouth. However, if you have bone loss due to periodontal disease, or issues due to crowded teeth, treatment should be discussed with periodontal and orthodontic specialists. Talk to your dentist for suggestions.

Need x-rays/consult: Need to get to an oral surgeon or gum specialist (Periodontist,) and have them take x-rays, measure your gum/bone tissue depth and evalaute the health of both, and provide options
