GBR: or guided bone regeneration for fenestration defects is the most popular and predictable technique with Autogenous bone graft. See an oral surgeon or periodontist for consultation and treatment options.

Replaced: Not regenerated. Please see a bone/gum specialist. If teeth not dramatically protrusive, it may be possible to do bone graft to replace missing bone with gum graft to cover/protect the area.
