IUD dislogded?: IUDs are inserted high into the uterus so that the arms of the T can extend into the corners of the uterus by the fallopian tubes. Occasionally IUDs dislodge out of this position and then slip into regions of the uterus closer to the inner opening of the cervix, or they slip into the cervical canal. More of the string then extends into the vagina, which is why your BF supposedly felt the string.
