I get this fizzing sound at the back of my head/neck which usually occurs when i'm laying completely still in bed with a headache. what could it be?

Sinus disease?: May be sinus disease and it drains when you lay in a certain position. and you can hear it. However, I am unaware of any other things that may cause this symptom. If headache persist, get seen by primary MD.
