I get these headaches near the temple areas almost daily. i have noticed it also intensifies when i lay down flat on my back and when i move my neck alot (at work). these headaches dont last long tho only few mins, but come back alot during the day?

As noted, these headaches might be tension, vascular, (cluster, migraine) positional or even stress related. There are many Headache Specialists who can diagnose, treat and manage these headaches and the earlier one sees one of these specialists the better.
