Be seen: I would definitely be seen, especially with the combination of severe headache and symptoms in your leg. In part just to make sure you are not having a stroke.

Possibly: You are describing a fairly broad range of symptoms which are likely unrelated. If any of your symptoms are debilitating or have persisted for more than several day, then you should see a physician for further evaluation/treatment. If you have had a fever associated with your headache and stiff neck, you should seek immediate medical attention to rule out meningitis.
