Why is the wound i had post the skin graft on my burnt arm taking more than a year to heal?

Slow healing: Burn scars can take a year to heal or mature. An open (ulcer) can be of concern though. If the wound dose not appear to be healing properly, then please visit a dermatologist or wound care specialist.
