I have had a cyst in my breast for years. feel like the size of an acorn. i screeched my arm above my head and felt like something tear. now my nipple is very tender. what could have happened? removing cyst not financially feasible?

A stable breast cyst does not require removal. However, it is unlikely that this cyst has anything to do with what you felt when stretching or with the nipple tenderness. Since breast pain is not an ominous symptom you may safely observe this to see if it persists or evolves in some way.
