I have a small skin bubble that can't pop on my arm that wasnt there before. had it about a year now. dangerous? should i not touch it?

Bubble : A bubble or blister caused by fluid under the skin will resolve relatively quickly . Since this area is not "healing" have a dermatologist evaluate and diagnose the area.
