Yes: All of these symptoms can indicate a sinus infection or they could be something like the common cold. Generally a cold will make you more congested than a sinus infection. Also a cold will probably resolve in a day or two on its own. If these symptoms are not resolving soon, then you need to see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
