Get checked: Brown sores could be strep, blood, and much more. Only a detailed visual exam by your doctor will give you the best information. Good luck

Very unlikely : No it is very unlikely to be cancer,It is probably bacterial infection that will be treated by antibiotic,Visit a doctor.
