I'm 19, had pharyngitis. the sore throat went away. now my right tonsil and ear hurts. that won't go away. early sign of cancer? help please.

Unlikely: Cancer is exceedingly unlikely,but an abscess within the tonsil might be, and could cause all the symptoms. I would arrange an office visit to see whats going on.

Get an exam: You need to have your throat examined by your family doctor or you can go to an ENT specialist. Pain is usually not a symptom of Cancer, unless the Cancer is far advanced. How long have you had this problem???
