Yes and no: The dandruff in your eyes can lead to the sore eyes in the morning and the dry eye symptoms. Should be treated, but not a huge concern. However, new floaters need to be evaluated. They can come from your vitreous (the jelly inside your eye) or the retina (the wallpaper inside your eye) and can be potentially sight-threatening.
