i have slightly itchy eyes that get like dry skin or dandruff. also eyes feel extra fluidy what could it be?

Blepharitis: Very common. Scrub your lashes with warm water and baby shampoo and take omega 3 supplements. See ophthalmologist if not better after few weeks.
