Ent put me on zpack thursday for congestion and a few days later i developed tonsillitis i only have 2 days left of zpack will it cure it in time?

2 reasons: It is possible that your tonsillitis and congestion are due to a virus in which case no antibiotic would cure the problem - your body will have to take care of it. Second possibility is that the bacterial causing your tonsillitis is resistant to zithromax. Call your ENT and see what they suggest - they may want to change your antibiotic or see you again.
