GFR DECLINE: Yes, given your diagnoses of SLE, MGUS, and CT exposures, possibly with contrast, your kidneys are at risk and may be under immune protein attack and or experienced contrast injury. Be sure to have your creatinine trends verified, get urine analyzed for protein, red blood cells, other debris, and talk with your docs asap about this. If not seeing a nephrologist, yet, you must.
