See doctor: Any lump in the breast needs to be evaluated. Please see a doctor as soon as possible. The doctor will do an exam and probably send you for an US or mammogram. Don't worry, breast cancer is extremely rare in a 22 year old, but don't ignore it, just get it checked out.
