I have been referred urgently to breast clinic for 4 breast lumps.2 are v large& 2 are small,pea sized. is the number&large size a bad sign?

Need investigation: so many lumps are less likely to be malignant but urgent biopsy preferably excision biopsy with frozen section is advised
