Get checked: The stabbing pain in your right side doesn't worry me much. But the chest tightness with dizziness does. At your age, a heart attack from typical coronary artery disease is unlikely. Since your symptoms, however, have not gotten any better since yesterday, I advise you to get examined urgently.
