Whenever i am in hot sunlight for some time, my chest feels tight and i feel like i need to gag/throw up but nothing comes out i also feel pretty dizzy and nauseous i return back to normal when im not in the hot sunlight do you know what it is?

While I never heard of it causing these symptoms, I'd have to consider this an idiosyncratic type of photosensitivity or probably more of an intolerance peculiar to you. I think the vagus nerve is involved in your reaction after prolonged hot sun exposure.
