Go to Urgent Care/ER: If the problem started suddenly & if this is the 1st time you've felt this way, go to an ER or Urgent Care Center (UCC) for a diagnosis. At your age, it is unlikely to be a cardiac (heart) problem; however, anxiety disorders, asthma /lung diseases & a host of other problems can present this way. Proper treatment depends on diagnosis - figuring out what is causing the problem. The ER / UCC can test
